Since its initial conception (completed in 2017), the material palette has sought to evoke an authentically Mexican identity, filtered through a sober and modern vision. Key materials include granite at the omakase bar, wood cobblestones that blur the transition between the interior and exterior, as well as tzalam wood and baqueta leather in the furniture. All of these materials prioritize quality and neutrality over artificial finishes.
