A new access pavilion has been designed, which will function as a reception and transition space from the street. The patio will be redesigned as an outdoor dining room, where the dining experience will both begin and end. This area will feature tables and a stone bar that evoke Mexican materials such as tezontle and terracotta. Inside, the original identity will be maintained with subtle modifications, such as extending the service furniture and adding a new bookshelf behind the omakase bar.
